JewelTech
Sketch on Monday.
Showroom by Friday.
THE PROBLEM
Jewelry businesses lose weeks turning a concept into a showroom-ready piece. Designers sketch, send to CAD, wait for renders, re-iterate. Each handoff between designers, reviewers, manufacturers, and clients adds its own friction.
THE APPROACH
A vertical SaaS that compresses the entire pipeline into one workspace. AI generates designs from text or sketches. The 3D viewer turns them into manipulable models. Blueprints come out manufacturing-ready. The designer, reviewer, and admin workflow handles approvals. Virtual try-on closes the sales loop.
THE OUTCOME
Seven modules covering the full pipeline. From concept to client presentation in hours instead of weeks. Live in production at jeweltech.ai, with active teams of designers, reviewers, and admins shipping daily.
EVIDENCE
- 01
AI Designer
Text or sketch to photorealistic render. Multiple model backends (DALL-E, Gemini). Blueprint generation in one click.
- 02
3D Viewer and Rendering
AI-generated mesh from any 2D design. Material switching, lighting presets, OBJ / STL / GLTF export for the workshop.
- 03
Cost Estimator
Live metal market rates. Stone breakdowns by quality and carat. Labor complexity. Full pricing history per piece.
- 04
Review Workflow
Designers submit, reviewers approve, request revisions, or reject. Admins reassign reviewers based on workload. Every decision tracked.
- 05
Catalogue and Virtual Try-On
AI-written collection descriptions. Realistic jewelry composited onto hand, neck, and ear photos, even before the piece exists.
MY CONTRIBUTION
- 01
I built the AI Designer feature, including the design-generation UI and the AI integration.
- 02
I built the design catalog, the gallery and organisation layer where designers reference their work.
- 03
I own the design system that JewelTech shares with BidsAI and FleekAI.
One source of truth across three products. Tailwind tokens, Figma components, a small set of layout primitives. The moment that wasn't there, every surface started to drift.
Designers stopped waiting for CAD.
